The T9481 is an Analogue Output Module that functions as an Expander INTERFACE MODULE within the Trusted™ Controller Chassis. It provides the 'master' interface between the Inter-Module Bus (IMB) in the Controller Chassis and the Expander Bus. The Expander Bus enables the implementation of multiple chassis systems using UTP cable connections, while maintaining the fault-tolerant, high-bandwidth IMB capabilities. The AADvance system offers a variety of termination assemblies that connect field wiring to the I/O modules. These assemblies are printed circuits equipped with screw terminal blocks (and sometimes fuses) for the field wiring, as well as connectors for the plug-in I/O modules. These termination assemblies provide system designers with flexibility when configuring redundant and fault-tolerant systems.
