The3500/40M Proximitor Monitoris a four-channel monitorthat accepts input from Bently Nevada proximity transducers,conditions the signal to provide various vibration and positionmeasurements, and compares the conditioned signals withuser-programmable alarms. The user can program eachchannel of the 3500/40M with the 3500 Rack Configuration
Software to perform any of the following functions:
1.Radial vibration
2.Eccentricity
3.Thrust position
4.Differential expansion
5.REBAM

The primary purpose of the3500/40MProximitor Monitoris toprovide the following:
-Machinery protection by continuously comparingmonitored parameters against configured alarmsetpoints to drive alarms

Each channel, depending on configuration, typicallyconditions its input signal to generate various parameterscalled static values. You can configure alert setpoints foreach active static value and danger setpoints for any two ofthe active static values.
