The 330750 and 330752 High Temperature Velomitor Systems are specifically designed for high-temperature environments, allowing the sensor head and integral cable to operate on surfaces with temperatures up to +400°C (+752°F). This capability makes them ideal for use in demanding applications such as gas turbines, steam turbines, and other high-temperature machinery. The transducer design separates the sensing element from the signal conditioning electronics, connecting the two via a permanently integrated cable. This innovative design eliminates connectors, which are a common source of transducer failures, ensuring greater reliability and durability.

The integrated cable allows the signal conditioning electronics to be positioned in a cooler location, as the internal electronics are rated for temperatures ranging from -55°C to +121°C (-67°F to +250°F). This design enables the system to deliver machinery performance data comparable to other Bently Nevada Velomitor transducers, but in significantly higher temperature environments. For lower-temperature applications, the standard 330500 Velomitor Piezo-velocity Sensor is recommended, with a maximum operating temperature of +121°C (+250°F). Together, these systems provide flexible and reliable vibration monitoring solutions for a wide range of industrial conditions.
